How do I access Internap Online Invoices?

Internap customers are required to contact their Client Service Leader (CSL) or send an email to billing@internap.com to request access to Internap’s Online Invoices.

Upon approval you will receive an email with the subject line of “Internap invoice access account notification” that includes a user ID (email address) and a temporary password. You are required to create a permanent password.

Use an Internet browser to access Online Invoices at https://customers.internap.com/iat/.

Do Internap customer’s have the option to choose their invoice format preference?

Effective July 15, 2009 Internap customers will be able to choose their invoice format preference.

Will I still receive my Internap invoice paper copy?

Customers will continue to receive paper invoices. However, customers are able to elect whether they would like to receive their invoices via paper or electronically.

If you would like to receive only an electronic copy and eliminate a paper copy, please contact your CSL or send an email to billing@internap.com.

How do I request a paper copy of my Internap invoice?

When are Internap invoices available for viewing?

All Internap customer invoices are available for viewing on the 6th business day of the month.

Online Invoices are available for customers dating back to November 1999.

How do I print my Internap invoice?

Print Internap invoices using your web browser. Please refer to the help information provided by your browser. If unable to successfully print, please contact your company’s technical support group.

Does Internap accept major credit cards as a form of payment?

Internap will accept Visa or Mastercard to submit a payment. Upon submitting an online payment you will receive a confirmation email with the subject line “Internap online payment notification” that includes the following:

  • Confirmation number
  • Transaction date and time
  • Account number
  • Payment amount

Can I set up a credit card for recurring payment?

Yes. The Credit Card Authorization Form will need to be completed and faxed to 206-254-6180.

What type of security is in place for credit card transactions?

Internap uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt data and sends credit card payments through Verisign Payment Processing Services.

Internap does not retain credit card information in any data store and customers will be required to re-enter credit card information for each transaction.

Internap will not ask for your personal, financial, or account information via an email or pop-up window. If you receive an email or pop-up requesting such information, please do not respond and never click on a link contained in a suspicious email.

Can I make billing address changes online?

Not at this time. Please contact your CSL or send an email to billing@internap.com to update your billing address.

How do I change my password for Internap Online Invoices?

Internap Online Invoices passwords can be changed by an authenticated customer. Log in to Online Invoices and then select the option [Change Password] to modify your password.

If an Internap Administrator resets your password you will receive an email with the subject line “Internap invoice access password reset notification” and a temporary password.
