Included with 100 Mbps Ethernet

• Two separate, physically redundant, full-duplex 100 Mbps Ethernet segments connected to diverse routers via Category 5 cable. Customer is required to provide the switch or router necessary to complete the customer’s service configuration requirements.
• Full transit, route-control TCP/IP connectivity through our Private Network Access Point (P-NAP®) facility directly to the major Internet backbones
• Proactive circuit monitoring, outage reporting and outage troubleshooting 24/7 by the Internap® Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Bandwidth utilization graphs available 24/7
• Notification schedule and escalation procedures
• Access to the Internap DNS servers for local resolution
