Proactive Notification

The Internap NOC takes pride in keeping our customers well-informed regarding all aspects of their network traffic, including maintenance notifications, unusual network behavior and major network events (brownouts, blackouts, etc.) that require immediate rerouting of network traffic.

Fastest Speed to Answer The average time for a customer call to be answered is 4 - 5 seconds. Internap believes this is one of the best average answer times in the industry. Why? Our customers tell us so.
Less Than .3 Percent Abandon Rate

Our call abandon rate is less than .3%.  The typical abandoned call is not due to wait time, but rather the customer decides it's not necessary to talk to the NOC or the issue can wait.

Proactive Notification

When the NOC observes an issue with the Internet, it begins the trouble resolution process as well as notifies the customer of the situation. The Internap NOC equips the customer with the information needed to understand how its Internap network traffic is rerouted to avoid congestion, brownout or a total network provider outage. Through the resolution process, the NOC stays in regular communication with the customer, sending updates regarding the status of the troubleshooting.
