Proactive NotificationWhen the NOC observes an issue with the Internet, it begins the trouble resolution process as well as notifies the customer of the situation. The Internap NOC equips the customer with the information needed to understand how its Internap network traffic is rerouted to avoid congestion, brownout or a total network provider outage.
